This page explains how Peleille handles the basics around using the site and sharing information with us.

Using This Website

These Terms govern your access to the Peleille website and any public-facing pages, demos, articles, contact forms, and showcase materials we publish here. By browsing or using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the experience of other visitors.

If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to act for that company in connection with the actions you take here, including submitting a project request or asking us for commercial information.

These website terms cover the site itself. If we enter into a separate proposal, statement of work, order form, or master services agreement with you, that signed commercial agreement will control the actual delivery work.

Project Requests And Commercial Conversations

Submitting a message, booking request, or project inquiry through Peleille does not create a client relationship by itself. It simply starts a conversation so we can understand fit, scope, timeline, and budget.

Any delivery schedule, feature set, price, revision policy, service level, or launch commitment becomes binding only when both sides agree to it in writing. Until then, all examples, ranges, and estimates on the site should be treated as informational.

  • Project intake forms help us route the right opportunity to the right team.
  • We may decline inquiries that are outside our scope, values, capacity, or compliance requirements.
  • Discovery calls, proposals, and workshops may lead to paid work, but they do not guarantee that Peleille will accept every engagement.

Intellectual Property

Unless we expressly say otherwise, the Peleille brand, site design, copy, imagery, case-study framing, article content, custom artwork, and interaction concepts on this site are owned by Peleille or used with permission.

You may view, share, or reference our public materials for normal business evaluation purposes, but you may not copy, resell, scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site as your own product, marketing, or training material without written permission.

  • Client names, logos, screenshots, and examples remain subject to their respective owners.
  • Code, designs, or strategic materials produced for a client are governed by the commercial agreement for that engagement.
  • Nothing on this site grants an implied license to our trademarks, artwork, or proprietary frameworks.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, probe for vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorized access, harvest contact information, submit malicious code, or use the forms to send spam, abusive content, or fraudulent requests.

You also agree not to use automated collection methods in a way that places an unreasonable load on the site or undermines our analytics, lead handling, or service quality.

  • No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
  • No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • No impersonation of another person, company, or buyer.

Disclaimers And Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate, current, and available, but the website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that every page, asset, article, or interactive example will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly complete.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Peleille will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Our public site content is for general information and commercial context, not legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where that limitation is not allowed by applicable law.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the business, website, or legal requirements evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.

If you continue using the site after an updated version is posted, that continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
